  • Notes
    • Miss Elizabeth Marion Grignon died at Saint Elizabeths Hospital at Appleton, sunday evening at 7:15, passing away from the effectsof an operation for appendicitis which was performed on the previous Wednesday. Deceased was in her thirty-first year, having been born in the Grignon homestead at the Combined Locks, on the 23rd of August, 1872. She was well favorably known among a large circle of friends, who together with her father and mother - Mr. and Mrs. Alex Grignon, four sisters and four brothers mourn her loss. One of the pathetic incidents connected with Miss Grignon's death is the fact that she was to be married to a young man formerly of this city, as soon as she recovered from the operation.
