    • Roland M. "Oscar" Wallace, 80, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Monday, March 24, 2014, with his family by his side.

      He was born on August 19, 1933, in Combined Locks, WI, to the late James & Stella Wallace.

      Oscar was an avid Packer fan. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

      Survivors include his children, Randy (Wendy) Wallace, Scot (Amy) Wallace, Jodi (special friend Eric Mirwald) Kendall and Sue (Jeremy) Martin; grandchildren, Travis Wallace, Sara (Ryan) Vannes, Jessica Wallace, Amber Wallace, Shayna Kendall, James Kendall, Mikayla Martin and McKenzie Martin; great grandchildren, Kaden & Alivia Wallace, Elly & Sophia Vannes, and Mara Boardman; best friend, Dennis Van Grinsven; brothers, Earl Wallace and Bill (Jeanne) Wallace; sisters, Grace (Melv) Hietpas, Rose (Gene) Verhagen, Pat (Vic) Van Grinsven, and Donna Eake; sister-in-law, Mary Wallace; and nieces and nephews.

      He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenny Wallace; brother-in-law, Dennis Eake; sister-in-law, Carla Wallace.

      Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 6:00pm on Friday, March 28, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday at the funeral home. To leave a message for the family, please visit www.NewcomerGreenBay.com
