    • Mrs Anna Katherine Becker, 62, wife of Postmaster Michael P. Becker of Brillion, died early today at the family home in the village, following a lingering illness. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the St Mary's Catholic Church in Brillion, the Rev Raymond Schauer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs Becker, nee Anna Pritzl was born in Brillion in 1880 and in 1900 was married to Mr Becker. They have resided continuously in the village. She was a member of the Christian Mothers. Survivors are the widower; four daughters, Mrs Wenzel [Mary] Sphatt, Mrs Lester [Helen] O'Hearn of Milwaukee, Mrs Gordon [Lillian] Straitiff of Springfield, N J, Miss Anita of Brillion: six sons, Frank of Sheboygan, Richard of Neillsville, Harold of Phillips, Wis., Eugene and Lyle of Brillion, and Lieut. Bernard Becker, reported missing in action in the Phillipines; two brothers, William of Brillion, Theodore of Cato; seven sisters, Mrs Anton Mickie and Mrs Anton Baldeswiller of Thorp, Wis., Mrs Caroline Miller and Mrs Joseph Binsfield of Brillion, Mrs Joseph Anhalt of Cato, Sister Lenora of Milwaukee, Mrs John Kocourik of Reedsville and 14 Grand-children. The body will lie in state at the Becker home.
