    • Anna Benzschawel, 82, died Saturday at Victory Memorial Hospital, Stanley. Anna Micke was born in the town of Worden, Clark County, and married Joseph Benzschawel on June 6, 1922 in Thorp. They farmed in the town of Worden. Survivors include her husband; four sons, Ervin and Alvin both of Thorp, Bernard of Boyd, Wilbur of Maple Lake, Minn.; six daughters, Lucille and Ruth both of St Paul Minn., Mary Ann of Boyd, Jane of Wausau, Barbara of Indiana, Doris of Jim Falls; six sisters, Celia of Stevens Point, Veronica, Delores and Margaret all of Thorp, Marian of Eau Claire and Lenora of Florida; and 51 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St Bernard's Catholic Church, Thorp, with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. at Thorp Funeral Home, Thorp.
