- Alice Woyak Utschig Erdmann, of Neenah, age 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Matthews Senior Living in Neenah. She was born June 29, 1919, daughter of the late Henry and Agnes Woyak.
Alice married Lawrence Utschig and he preceded her in death. She then married Robert Erdmann and he also preceded her in death.
Alice enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting, and she took Card Making and Stamping classes well into her 90's. She was a volunteer with the Boys' and Girls' Brigade for many years. Alice was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Survivors include four children: Carol Dunsirn, Shirley (Bob) Michalkiewicz, Bob (Cathy) Schaefer, Tom (Emily) Utschig; seven grandchildren: Angie (Tim) Remter, Cathy (Greg) Kuchenburg, Larry (Julie) Smith, Rick (Tammy) Michalkiewicz, Kimberly Utschig, Michelle Schaefer, Bob J. (Sandy) Schaefer; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Alice was preceded in death by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Laura and John Lehl, Irene and Bob Kain; and a brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Vi Woyak.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2015, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church. 140 S. Green Bay Rd., Neenah, with Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the Larsen-Winchester Lions Club Building Fund.
