      Peters, Georgian E. "Georgie" Georgian E Peters age 81, danced out of this world and into the next Monday, November 12, 2007, at Brewster Village. She was born on May 23, 1926, in Chicago, IL, to George and Anna (Kitra) Drury. She graduated from Appleton High School in 1945. Georgian married Jerome (Jim) Peters at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Appleton on August 13, 1949, and had 58 wonderful years together. She retired from the City of Appleton where she worked as a secretary in the personnel department. Her greatest love was her children, grandkids, friends, dancing and the outdoors.

      Georgie is survived by her husband, Jim; two daughters: Sue (Jeff) Griesbach, Barb (Tom) Witt, a son, Mike (Cindy) Peters, all of Greenville; grandchildren: Adam (Jennifer), Autumn, Abby, Andy and Alex Griesbach, Jeff (Fiancee Becky), Matt, and Samantha Witt; great grandchildren: Jaliana and Jobe Griesbach; step grandchildren: Adam Anderson, Amanda (Craig) Korth, a great step grandson Ethan, and special dog and companion Chumley, brother-in-law Ken (Carol) Peters, sister-in-law Juanita Drury, brother-in-law Ken (Carol) Peters, sister-in-law Irene Peters, and several nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded by her parents; brother, Don Drury, brother-in-law, Orville Peters.

      The Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 17, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville, with Fr Justin Werner officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service. Private family entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park.

      The family would like to thank the staff at Brewster Village for their compassionate and loving care.
