- E. Patricia Bauer, 93, of Appleton went peacefully on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 to spend Christmas with Jesus. Pat was born on November 25, 1918 in Menasha, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Mancheske) Clark. On October 4, 1941 Pat married Earl Bauer at St Patrick Catholic Church in Menasha. She spent several years as a Red Cross Nurse. Her older adult life was spent supporting her late husband Earl and caring for her five children.
Pat is survived by five children; Thomas (Connie) Bauer of Little Chute, MaryAnn (David) Zunker of Oshkosh, Pamela Patricia Haak of Appleton, Elizabeth (Mike) McAuley-Schlemme of Neenah. She is further survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A private memorial service for Pat will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas J. Farrell officiating. Interment will be in the Highland Memorial Park. The family has established a memorial fund in Pat's name for Heartland Hospice.
