- Funeral Services at 10 Today
for Leonard Bergmans

Funeral services for Leonard J. Bergmans, formerly of 218 Taylor St., will be at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Holy Cross Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike Hoffmann officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Bergmans, 69, died Saturday evening, July 21, after a brief illness.
He was born July 29, 1909, in Kaukauna and had resided here all of his life. He was employed at Thilmany Pulp & Paper Company for 48 years prior to his retirement in 1971. Mr. Bergmans was a member of the Thilmany Quarter Century Club, and the Holy Name Society of Holy Cross Church.
He is survived by an aunt, Mrs. Gertrude Ludwig of Appleton, and by several cousins.
Pallbearers will be John and Nick Derks, Dan Verbeten, Joe Mayerl, Robert Stechelberg and Jack Dolan.
The Fargo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
