Notes - Mary Therese Lemmens (Albrecht), 82, started her journey to Heaven at home on June 16, 2017 in Phx., Az. She married Jerry Lemmens on June 8th, 1978 in Las Vegas, Nev. and moved to Phx., Az. Mary is survived by her husband Jerry, and two sons Joesph Van Oudenhoven, Phx., AZ and Jeffrey and wife Patti Van Oudenhoven, Neenah, WI; Also her brother William Albrecht, Edgar, WI; two grandchildren and one great grandchild; best friend, Sandy Knudson, Cave Creek, Az. and close friend since grade school Phyliss Duquette, Appleton, Wi. Mary was loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew her, God Bless Her!
