    • Dale M. Lillge, 63 of Appleton, was called suddenly to his eternal home on March 14, 2017.

      Dale was born on May 27, 1953 in Appleton to the late Elvy and MaeBelle (Plamann) Lillge.

      Dale served in the United States Air Force from November 2, 1971 until the time of his honorable discharge in October of 1975. He had a love and passion for his many feline friends over the years. Being mechanically inclined and an automobile enthusiast, you would often find Dale tinkering around in the garage.

      Dale is survived by his siblings and their spouses: Bruce and Nancy Lillge, Larry Lillge and (fiancée Jane Kaufman), Bruce and Faye Thede, and Gary and Annette Gauerke; sister-in-law Carol Lillge; his nieces and nephews: Michele, Mike, Mark, Melissa, Amy, Ben, Henry, Bradley, Stacie, Sara, Sandy, Jennifer, Jason, Robin, and many beloved family members. He is further survived by friends who were a special part of Dale's life: Bob, Paul, and Tom.

      Dale was preceded in death by his brothers: Robert, Dennis, and Brian; and sister-in-law, Sharon Lillge.

      A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 1, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church, N7240 French Rd. Appleton, the Rev. Ronald Ash officiating. Inurnment to follow at Community Lutheran Cemetery.
