- Ida M. Juckem, age 68, of N4887 Highway 57, Chilton, died peacefully February 14, 1994, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, with her family at her side during Mass at the hospital.
Funeral services will be at St. Mary Catholic Church, Chilton, with Rev. Al Geiser officiating.
She was born on January 28, 1926, in the town of Brillion, daughter of the late Daniel and Ida (Vogel) Geiser. She married Joseph Juckem on November 27, 1945, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Brillion.
She had farmed with her husband in the town of Chilton. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chilton, the Christian Mothers, and the Blue Bell Homemakers. In 1990, she and her husband were honored as the NFO Farm Couple of the year, and they were the 1993 Knights of Columbus Family of the year.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph; six daughters and three sons-in-law, Jeanne and Paul Geiser, New Holstein, Jo Anna and Richard Ditto, St. Paul, Minn., Janet Juckem, Chilton, Judy and the late Dwane Sattler, Chilton, Jackie and the late Dennis Riemer, Hilbert, and Jenny and John Petrie, Chilton; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Jerry and Ann Juckem, Chilton, Joe, Jr and Chris Juckem, Milwaukee, Jeff and Renee Juckem, Kiel, Jan Juckem, Chilton; twenty-two grandchildren; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Hilaria and the late Edward Dvorachek, Reedsville, Delores and Mike Dinny, Hollandtown, Rita and Allen Wittmann, Brillion, Germaine and Al Brick, Brillion; three brothers and four sisters-in-law, Bernard and Catherine Geiger, Brillion, Daniel and Beverly Geiger, Brillion, Elmer and Bernice Geiger, Chilton, Monica Geiger and the late Norbert Geiger, Brillion.
