      Age 79, died peacefully at his home at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 1988. He was born April 15, 1908 in Little Chute to the late Theodore and Nellie Williamsen. He was employed at the Kimberly Clark Corporation as an electrician for 40 years, until his retirement in 1972. Joe took great pride in his work and enjoyed the fellowship of his co-workers. He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Viola (Bastian) Williamsen; two brothers and sisters-in-law: George and Geraldine Williamsen, Little Chute; John and Betty Williamsen, Appleton; three sisters and a brother-in-law: Ann Williamsen, Little Chute; Mary Micke, DePere; Agnes and Lawrence Huss, Little Chute, numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 23, 1988 at 11 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, corner of Morrison and Wisconsin Ave., to celebrate Joe's life, Father Dan Gilsdorf will officiate. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the cortege leaves for the church. There will be a prayer and scripture service at 7:30 p.m. Monday. A memorial fund is being established. Joe was always ready to help his fellow man, he practiced his faith and lived in peace and harmony with everyone.
