- Carol C. Scray, 76, Green Bay, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013. She was born September 4, 1936, to Rondle P. and Linda J. (Holbrook) Combs.
On July 10, 1954, Carol married Jerome N. Scray. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and reading. Carol also enjoyed going up north to their cabin in Langlade County, caregiving for her flowers, making crafts and going to craft shows. Carol most enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her husband, Jerome; two sons, Sheldon (Mary) Scray, Richard (Mary Peters) Scray; and three grandchildren, James (Marissa) Scray, Curt Scray, and Rachel Scray.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Sandra Lynn Combs.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. The Funeral Service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fort Howard Memorial Park. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
Carol's family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and social workers from Unity Hospice for taking care of Carol for the past five and a half years. They also want to thank Dr. Bruce Fenster and Dr. Alshahrouri.
