    • Violet Natalie Young (Bricco) of County Hwy I, Clintonville, WI passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Greentree Nursing Home surrounded by her family.

      Violet was born on August 31, 1924 on the home farm in the Town of Deer Creek, Outagamie County to Frank and Della Bricco (Roberts). Violet grew up on the family farm with her many brothers and sisters. If one was to design the perfect mother, Violet would be it. She was united in marriage on February 14, 1942 to Ralph A. Young at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bear Creek, WI. They enjoyed 71 years of marriage. Violet enjoyed her card clubs, cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, her flowers and reading. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Violet was a faithful member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Clintonville for many years.

      She is survived by her four children: Sandra Olson (Wayne) Embarrass, WI; Sheila Villesse (Jim) New London, WI; Thomas Young (Nancy) Clintonville, WI; and Annie Stern (Brandon) Waupaca, WI. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren: Michelle Huber (Dave); Tanya Ubersox (Tim); Chad Mares (Laura); Scott Mares (April); Heather Neely (Brian); Heidi Mares (Wayne); Shane Young; Melissa Lisowe (Kevin); Corey Young; Jodi Kirklewski (Erick); Christopher Stern; Collin Stern; Reggie Stern; Tim Smith (Kelly); Tara Smith (Eric). Also surviving are twenty-two great-grandchildren, four sisters, a brother, and a sister-in-law.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph, two sisters and five brothers and one great-grandson Jordan Ubersox.

      Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at 11 AM at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville, WI and burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery, Clintonville, WI. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory of Clintonville is assisting her family with the arrangements.

      Violet's family would also like to thank Tina at Heartland Hospice, Greentree Staff and Angelus staff for all the loving care given Violet.
