    • Grace Ann Van Dyn Hoven

      Our Angel, Grace Ann Van Dyn Hoven, age 93, went to heaven by Dad, on December 21, 2014. Grace, a lifelong resident of Kaukauna was born on February 15, 1921, in Little Chute. A beloved mother and devoted wife, she has gone to eternal rest with her husband, Wilbert "Bill" Van Dyn Hoven. Grace enjoyed her time at the cottage where everyone was welcome! She was quite the angler.

      Grace is survived by her children, Joyce (Richard) Hurst of Little Chute, Gerald (special friend Karen Schultz) Van Dyn Hoven of Fremont, and Jeff (special friend Lynn Van Handel) Van Dyn Hoven of Kimberly; grandchildren, Brian Hurst, Gina (Thomas) Boyer, Mike (Suzie) Hurst, Nicole Van Deurzen, Eric Van Dyn Hoven, Adam (Allyce) Van Dyn Hoven, and Luke Van Dyn Hoven. She is further survived by great-grandchildren, Taylor and Brady Hurst, Allison and Daniel Boyer, Abraham, Isaac, Nathanael, Uriah, and Ruth Van Deurzen, Milo Van Dyn Hoven, and Audrey and Blake Moberg; brother Paul Hietpas, William (Pat) Hietpas, sister-in-law; Rosalie Hietpas; and many nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Minnie Hietpas; brothers, Austin (Myrtle) Hietpas, Jim (Marie) Hietpas, Dick Hietpas, Gordon (Dorothy) Hietpas; sisters, Verona (Bob) Pahl, Marie (Bucky) Verstege n; sister-in-law, Dolores Hietpas; and grandson-in-law; Daniel Van Deurzen.

      Funeral liturgy for Grace will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday December 26, 2014, at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH, ST. MARY CHURCH, 119 W. Seventh Street, Kaukauna with Rev. Jerry Pastors officiating. A time of visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Grace will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery.
