    • Anna Reinhard, 95, Green Bay, formerly of Howard, passed peacefully into the arms of her heavenly Father surrounded by her loving family on Friday, Dec. 23, 2011. The former Anna Sanders was born April 20, 1916, to the late Louis and Theresa (Golueke) Sanders in De Pere. On Aug. 17, 1946, she married Leo Reinhard at St. Boniface Catholic Church in De Pere. He preceded her in death on Feb. 10, 1961.

      She was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy. Anna worked at Northern Paper Mill and later at Response Graphics, a division of Moore Business Forms, for 13 years retiring in 1981.

      Anna loved her family and was very proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a very active person, walking several miles almost every day. She was also a member of the St. Mary's V.I.P. Walking Club and "Fit as a Fiddle" exercise classes. She loved to sew, crochet, cross-stitch and do several other crafts. She also loved to bake and cook for family and friends. Anna enjoyed playing cards with her card club, dominos with her friend, Terry, Bingo, hand bells, word games and participate in a book club. She was an avid Packers fan, often raising her blood pressure beyond the safe zone.

      She was a member and past president of the Christian Mothers Guild and was a Eucharistic Minister at St. John the Baptist Parish in Howard. She enjoyed being a member of the Valley Bank Prestige Club and going on their bus trips. She was also a member of the Christian Woman's Club, Senior Citizens Club, Retirement Club and Catholic Knights Branch #21, all of Green Bay.

      Survivors include her children and their spouses, Ginny and Roger Buschmann, Richard and Mary Reinhard; her grandchildren and their spouses, Monica and Jeff Horton, Chris and Sherry Buschmann, Paul and Janet Reinhard, Jon Reinhard; her great-grandchildren, Sid and Ian Streckenbach, Miles and Graham Reinhard; a brother, Bernard (Elvera) Sanders, De Pere; her sisters-in-law, Theresa Farr, Catherine Vanden Avond, Arlene Reinhard; many other relatives and friends.

      Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Theresa Sanders; her husband, Leo; an infant daughter, Patricia; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sylvester and Margaret Reinhard; two sisters, Sr. Ruth Sanders, Sr. Monica Sanders; two brothers, Charles Sanders, Mark Sanders; her sisters-in-law, Gwen Sanders, Henrietta Sanders, Adeline Reinhard, Marie Jacques, Leona Smits; and her brothers-in-law, Vincent Reinhard, Valery Reinhard, Lester Jacques, Bert Vanden Avond, Chet Farr, Clarence Smits.

      Friends may call at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., Howard, from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Rev. Bill Ribbens, O. Praem., officiating. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.       The family extends their appreciation to the staff of Grancare Nursing Center.

      Mom was a wonderful role model and installed her faith in God by her example. She cherished her family and will be deeply and sadly missed but never forgotten. We love you Mom.
