    • Arlene Kathryn Bobber, age 78 formerly of Kaukauna, passed away Sunday May 13th, 2007. She was born May 31st, 1928 to the late Henry and Magdalin Alears of Fond du Lac. Arlene is survived by 3 daughters Barbara (Bill) Birkholz , San Antonio, TX; Karen (Jack) Wildenberg, Vancouver WA and Mary Ellen (Gary) Rector, Appleton. She is grandma to 9 grandchildren; Scott and Brandon Birkholz, Russ, Rick and Jackie Wildenberg, Eric Bobber, Traci Junkins, Chris Rector, and Lisa Kehl. She also has 4 great grandchildren, Brennah Birkholz, Jerod, Alyssa and Jacob Junkins and number 5 to be announced in August. Arlenes sister Lavern (Ray) Schmidt resides in Kaukauna. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ray Bobber and her daughter Joann Bobber. Her favorite past times included her Bridge Club, which started with friends from High school. She was a member of the WMCA swim club for many, many years. She was active with the Red Hat Society. Arlene was also a long time member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. She loved to travel and enjoyed visiting her children and grandchildren. A special thank you to the Saint Pauls Home and all the wonderful people who work there. Many thanks to Doctor Goggins and his staff at St. Elizabeths Hospital. She has touched the lives of many people and was loved by all. She will forever be missed by family and friends. We love you Mom. Funeral Services for Arlene will be at 11:30 am on Friday, May 18th 2007 At St. Pius X Catholic Church. 500 W. Marquette St. with Father Tom Farrell officiating. Visitation will be from 10am until the time of services. Luncheon will follow the service at St. Pius X.
