    • BOS, SISTER ROSE CATHERINE (formerly Sr. Mary Anthony), 3823 Erie Street, Racine, WI, passed away at the age of 74 on Thursday, October 2, 1975 at St. Mary's Hospital in Racine.

      Sr. Rose Catherine was born in Kimberly, WI on June 27, 1901 and had resided in Racine for 32 years. She was a teacher of French for 50 years from 1947 to 1968 at Dominican College (later called the College of Racine). She last taught in 1972. She also taught In Racine at St Edward's from 1934 to 1937.

      She was a member of the Racine Chapter of People-to-People since 1969 and the American Association of Teachers of French.

      Surviving are one brother, Cornelius G. Bos, of Bakersfleld, California; four sisters, Cecilia Bos, Kimberly, WI; Angel Bos, Kimberly, WI; Sr. Francis Zavier Bos, Pewaukee, WI; Sr. Athanasia Bos, Pewaukee, WI.

      Funeral services were held at the Siena Center Chapel on Saturday, October 4th at 11 AM, the Reverend Luke McArthur officiating. Interment was held in Our Lady of the Oaks Cemetery, Pewaukee, WI. Visitation was held on Friday after 4 PM and the Wake Service was held at 7 PM.
