Notes - BOY DROWNED We learn from F. Koelfct, Esq, chairman of Harrison, that on Thursday the 9th inst., Ferdinand Haupt, a young man, 18 years old, was drowned in the Fox River a little above the Big Kaukauna, by the upsetting of a canoe. He was having some fun with two other comrades, who were also precipitated into the water, but managed to get ashore, but were unable to render any assistance to Haupt.
