    • Susan R. Vanevenhoven, 72, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2010, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on February 15, 1938, in Appleton, the daughter of the late Raymond and Lois (Rhodes) Damm. Susan was a graduate of Appleton West High School class of 1956. She was employed by Dr. R.S. Simenson, Theda Clark Radiology Department and several Family Doctors Clinics. Susan was a member of Christus Lutheran Church, Greenville.

      She is survived by her husband: Robert J. Vanevenhoven; children and stepchildren: Kim Uecker, Minocqua; James (Doris) Uecker, Appleton; Jodi (fiance Gary Stromberg) Huth, Anchorage, Alaska; Keith Vanevenhoven, Fond du Lac; Mike Vanevenhoven, Appleton; and Susan (Tom) Vercauteren, Greenville; eleven grandchildren: Brianna and Danielle Huth; Melanie and Nicole Uecker; Eric, Jordan and Rebecca Vanevenhoven; Michaela and Gus Vanevenhoven; Matthew and Amy Vercauteren.

      Susan was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey and brother Peter.

      The memorial service for Susan will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2010, at CHRISTUS LUTHERAN CHURCH, N1915 Julius Drive, Greenville. Rev. David Morton will be officiating. Inurnment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
