Notes - Mrs. Frank Cordy, 83, of Rt. 2, Hilbert, died today at the Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton. She was born Jan. 27, 1884, in Lannon, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kiefer. Mrs. Cordy moved to the Stockbridge area as a child. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Stockbridge, Christian Mothers and American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include seven daughters: Miss Cecelia Cordy, at home; Mrs. Loretta Raddatz, Route 1, Hilbert; Mrs. August Weber, Menasha; Mrs. Matt Diedrich, Route 2, Hilbert; Mrs. William Van Hoorn, Stockbridge; Mrs. Lorena Hemauer of New Holstein; and Sister Helen Anthony, O.F.F., Fort Atkinson; two sons, Leo and Francis, at home; 31 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fargo Funeral Home, Stockbridge. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Church, Rev. William Willinger officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
