    • Hilbert – Mrs. Anton Dohr, 65, died suddenly at her home Friday following a few days’ illness.

      Anna Jacobs Dohr, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobs, was born April 1, 1885, in the town of Woodville where she lived until she came to Hilbert nine years ago and had resided here since.

      Survivors are her husband; three sons, Edmund of Brillion, and Norbert and Alvin of Woodville; five daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Loretta) Dickrell of Appleton, Mrs. Elmer (Viola) Zastrow of Chilton, Mrs. Mary Ann Ecker of Stockbridge, Mrs. Robert (Lorena) Schicker and Mrs. Alex (Alvera) Weinreiss of Hilbert; a brother, Michael Jacobs of Spokane, Wash., and 21 grandchildren.

      Mrs. Dohr was a member of the Christian Mothers society of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

      Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Rev. Father Martin Jaeckles was in charge of the services and burial was in the parish cemetery.
