    • Dolores M. "Toots" Jansen, Little Chute, age 86, died Monday, January 30, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Kimberly on December 14, 1930 to the late Ronald and Gertrude (Goeser) Levknecht. Toots married the love of her life, Joseph "Bully" Jansen, at Holy Name Parish in Kimberly on February 10, 1952. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1991, and now they have been reunited.

      Toots was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her dedication and love for family was apparent in all that she did. She ensured the family always had a place to gather, a table full of food, and memories to make. All were welcome at Jansen family gatherings.

      Toots was a devout Catholic and woman of faith who lived her life with a love for God that was beyond measure. She was an active member at St. John Nepomucene where she also enjoyed a variety of volunteer opportunities over the years. Her daily actions taught her children and grandchildren the importance of faith, generosity, acceptance, and loyalty.

      Toots is survived by her children: Tom (Patricia) of Appleton; Terry (Susan) of Stockbridge; Todd (Adalia) of Kimberly; Tina (Timothy) Paulson of Appleton; and Jennifer (Michael) Wydeven of Plover; grandchildren: Nikki (Bryan) Hoerning, Connor Jansen, Emily (Judd) Miller, Lisa (fiancée Jennifer Hedgcock) Jansen, Jessi (Brandon) Hoerth, Rodolfo "Tito" (fiancée Kristie Bedor) Sosa, Alvaro "Alito" Sosa, Jacob Barlow, Melissa (Nick) Hietpas, Jessica Barlow, Elly (Vern) Hixon, Erin (Tony) Lindberg, Becca (friend Mike Alswager) Paulson; great grandchildren: Austin, Addie, Olivia, Samantha, Marie, Maya, Jackson, Bella, Natasha, Olivia, Nash and Brody; brothers: Arthur, Lyle (Marilyn) and Lee (Jane) Levknecht; brothers and sisters-in-law: Jeanne Levknecht, John (Elaine) Jansen, Ken (Betty) Geiger, Maggie Jansen, Darlene Jansen and Doris Jansen. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      In addition to her parents and husband, Joseph, Toots was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Robert Barlow; brother, Kenneth Levknecht; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Dorothy Levknecht, Mildred (Donald) Farrel, Thomas "Tucker" Jansen, Earl Jansen, Elmer (Joyce) Van Gompel, Roger Jansen and William Jansen.

      Visitation will be held Friday, February 3, 2017 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev.
