      Stingle, Nancy M.

      Nancy M. Stingle, age 66, of Black Creek, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at her home. She was born June 18, 1943, daughter of the late William and Martha (Vandenberg) Vander Zanden. On February 1, 1964, she was united in marriage to Vernon Stingle. He preceded her in death on April 28, 1988.

      Nancy enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren, quilting, cards, and bingo. She liked traveling, crocheting, cake decorating and ceramics.

      She was involved in 4-H, homemakers and was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Appleton, where she was an active member.

      Survivors include her children: Donald (Marilyn) Stingle, Deb (Tom) Kozak, and Darrin (Belle) Stingle, all of Black Creek; 10 grandchildren: Leah, Kyra, Max, and Elena Stingle; Casey and Shannon Kozak; Amanda, Joseph, Zachary, and Matthew Stingle. Further survived by brothers and sisters: Barbara (Wilbur) Zabel, Appleton; Beverly Theyel, Appleton; Gerald (special friend Carol) Vander Zanden, Appleton; Roy (Brenda) Vander Zanden, Manawa; Jean (Tom) Thyssen, Appleton; Mary (Michael) Heimerman, Neenah; Duane (Sheila) Vander Zanden, Appleton; Martha (Jeff) Schmeichel, Appleton; and Terry (Julia) Vander Zanden, Austin, Texas; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Ruth (Norbert) Theobald, Janet (Arlin) Springstroh, and Mary Ann (Ronald) Netakoven, all of Black Creek; Dolly (Don) Mleziva, Appleton; Terry (Amy) Stingle, Seymour; Merlin (Char) Stingle, Neenah; Kathy (Gene) Micke, De Pere; Darrel (Dawn) Stingle, Mesa, Arizona; and David (special friend Cheryl) Stingle, Black Creek. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law Erwin and Helen Stingle, brother-in-law Ronald Theyel.

      Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Friday, March, 12, 2010, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1810 N. McDonald, Appleton, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Gerald Falk officiating. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Black Creek.Online condolences may be expressed at
