Jacobs, Robert "Bobbie"
Robert "Bobbie" Jacobs, 57, Casco, passed away Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009, at Kewaunee Care Center. He was born July 12, 1952, in Bay Settlement, to Robert J. and Bernice (Moureau) Jacobs.
Bobbie was an avid Brewer, Packer and Bullfrog fan. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing cards with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Sarah Jacobs, Green Bay; Paul (Jennifer) Jacobs, Sauk City, Wis.; his parents, Robert and Bernice Jacobs, Luxemburg; his siblings, Pat (John) Wierer, Casco; Jerry (Kaye) Jacobs, Casco; Joe (Helen) Jacobs, New Franken; Mike (Donna) Jacobs, New Franken; Randy (Julie) Jacobs, Luxemburg; Terri (Bill) Simon, Casco; Chris (Don) Kriescher, New Franken; Jean (Dan) Peterman, Independence, Mo.; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; a sister, Mary Ann; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Jacobs.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Luxemburg, on Monday, Dec. 21, from 4 to 8 p.m. and again Tuesday morning at church from 10 to 11 a.m. Wake Service on Monday, 6:30 p.m. at church. Funeral will be on Tuesday, 11 a.m., at St. Mary's Church with Bobbie's uncle, Fr. William Jacobs, officiating. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Bobbie's family wishes to thank the staffs at Green Bay Oncology, Kewaunee Care Center and Unity Hospice for their care and comfort.
