- Jonathon Stilen
New London - Age 30, New London, died on Friday, May 25, 2018, the result of a logging accident near Amherst (Portage County). Jonathon was born on July 15, 1987 in Neenah. He loved trapping, fishing, and being outdoors. Jonathon was a hard worker; working at Festival Foods, Steel King and Curwood for 10 years and currently owned his own company Stilen Logging. He was intelligent and thoughtful and we will miss his excellent sense of humor.
Jonathon is survived by his children, Hunter and Drake, Ogdensburg; mother Margie Stilen, New London; father Greg (Diane) Stilen, New London; fiancée Jenny Perry, her children; Celi and Ashton; sisters: Sara Mendoza (fiancé Luke Reinke), Iola, children: Alejandra, Kashton and Gregor; Judy Mayo (significant other, Smokey Slotnick), Cave Junction, OR; daughter Lily and Lydia Seehawer, MN; step-brother Scott, Birmingham AL; step-sister, Susan, Seattle, WA. He is further survived by uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother Greg, maternal grandparents, Alfred and Marjorie Mayo and paternal grandparents, Roger and Cordell Stilen.
Funeral services for Jonathon will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London with Rev. Greg Watling officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Most Precious Blood Catholic Cemetery, New London.
