- My Great Grandfather Orville Peeters was born on August 21, 1913 in Little Chute and he married Verona Johanna Romenesko. Orville was in a band called Leroy Dutch Boys. They played for most of the weddings in the area. In his band was Orville, Carl Peeters, Tom Hardy, Clarence Peeters & Bud Vandenberg. Orville wrote a lot of his own music. My mom remembers going to dances when her grandpa played. Great Grandpa Peeters played the saxophone and he was really good at it.
