    • James R. Geldernick, 83, was born the son of James J. and Gertrude "Coell" Geldernick. Mr. Geldernick was a 56 years union member for Local 150 Operating Engineers. He served in the Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Member of Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. He was also a member of the V.F.W. and Moose Lodge. James enjoyed ice fishing and was manager of Buffalo Park Ski Hill in Algonquin, IL. He is survived by his children, Debbie Geldernick Jackson, Charles Geldernick, Scott Geldernick, Mary Geldernick LeQue, Terry Brinkman, Peggy Brinkman Lambert, Robert Brinkman, James Brinkman and Bonita Brinkman. In addition his twin sister, Pauline Geldernick Webber; a brother, Robert Geldernick; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. His first wife Fran Sitar.

      He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Brinkman Geldernick; his parents, James and Gertrude; six brothers; and two sisters.
