    • Old Settler Dead
      Mrs. Mary Barry died at the home of her son John, in the city, Thursday night of heart disease, aged about 72 years.
      Mrs. Barry with her husband David, who died about 7 years ago, were among the earliest settlers of Outagamie county. They came to this county, settling in the town of Center in 1849. They were well known in the county and highly respected by all.
      Mrs. Barry is survived by nine sons and daughter as follows: Thomas and Joseph, of Iowa; Mrs. Early, of Marinette; John, Martin, Maggie, Mrs. Mike Gainor, Mrs. Dan'l Devine, Mrs. E. Elliot, of this city. The funeral was on Sunday from St. Mary's church at 1 p.m., and the interment was in Center.
