Age 60, died after a short illness on Sunday, December 16, 1989. She was born on June 19, 1929, in Appleton to Joseph and Anna Liethen and had been an Appleton resident all her life. June had worked for many years for the H.C. Prange Company and most recently for Ling Products, Incorporated. June is survived by her husband Theodore; her mother Anna T. Liethen, Appleton; two brothers: Clifford and Llloyd Liethen, both of Appleton; a sister, Cleo (Larry) Steffens, Appleton. She is further survived by two nieces; five nephews; other realtives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father; and a nehew, Mark Steffens. Funeral services for June will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 1989, at 10 a.m. at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., with Father Orville Janssen Officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph CAtholic Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 4-8 p.m. and also again on Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund is being established.
