Kaukauna
Age 83, died unexpectedly Friday January 2, 2004. He was born April 3, 1920 in Kaukauna, WI son of the late Norman Sr. and Olga (Kirchner) Foxgrover and stepmother, Clara Quella. Bud was a US Army veteran having served from 1942 to 1946. Bud worked for the Kaukauna School District for 37 years as the Supervisor of Building and Grounds, retiring in 1985. He was a member of Kaukauna American Legion Post 41.
Survivors include his wife Mary, 2 sons and a daughter-in-law John (Marci), Little Chute and Michael, Kimberly, 3 grandchildren Robin, Angela, Matt, 2 great grandchildren Ryan and Alexis, 2 sisters, Lucy Beck, Menasha and Mary Westphal, Kaukauna, a sister-in- Phyllis Slattery-Foxgrover, Kaukauna.
He was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers-in-law Claudine (Ray) Quella, Gala (Clyde) Demand, Wilfred Beck and Herman Westphal and 1 brother, Norman Foxgrover Jr.
It was Bud's wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna with Rev. David Foxgrover officiating. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
