    • Tony Ambrosius

      Tony Ambrosius, 65, 1356 E. Walnut St., died Wednesday afternoon at Veterans Hospital, Wood, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Johns Church, Msgr. Westenberger officiating. Burial will take place at Allouez Cemetery.

      Mr. Ambrosius was born in West De Pere, and married the former Mame Manfort, on Sept. 23, 1924. He served in World War I for 18 months, and had operated Tony's Garage, 341 N. Brady St., for 25 years before retiring 5 years ago.

      Survivors include his wife, two brothers, Theodore, Detroit, Mich., and Joseph, Oneida; and one sister, Mrs. Peter Keyzer, Green Bay. Friends may call after 6:30 tonight at the Malcore Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited each evening at 8 o'clock, and on Friday by Msgr. Westenberger.
