- Betty M. Frank, Kaukauna, age 88, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Parkside Care Center. She was born on March 10, 1924 in Menasha, WI daughter of the late John and Janet (Wilson) Wienfurter. On July 8, 1944 Betty married LeRoy "Jiggs" Frank. He preceded her in death on September 19, 1994. Betty worked for Gilbert Paper Company for a few years before becoming a stay at home mom. She enjoyed playing sheepshead, playing bingo and going to the casino with her friend Ginny. Betty loved time spent with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a lifetime member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church.
Betty is survived by her children: Dale (Darlene), Kaukauna, Wayne (Margaret), New Holstein, Janet (Rick) Klotzbuecher, Fremont, Jack (Christine), Kaukauna, and Pam (Rick) Kempen, Hollandtown; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way. She is further survived by her nephew, Jerry (Carol) VanDinter, Combined Locks, numerous cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 grandsons: Wayne Frank Jr. and Matt Klotzbuecher.
Funeral services for Betty will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September, 28, 2012 at TRINITY EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 804 Grignon St., Kaukauna with Pastor Karl Schultz officiating. Friends may call on Thursday at BOETTCHER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 2401 Fieldcrest Dr., Kaukauna from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday directly at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
The family would like to thank the Parkside Care Center for the excellent care and compassion shown to Betty.
