    • Anton Van Himbergen
      Exhaustion from directing the Kimberly band at the homecoming picnic at Kaukauna in the extreme heat of July 4 and 5 is believed to have contributed to the illness which pre-ceded the death of Anton Van Himbergen, 34, Kimberly, at 7 o’clock Friday evening. He was ill for four days. Van Himbergen became ill Tuesday following the two day celebration at Kaukauna.

      He was born in Holland and came to this country in 1906 making his home in Kimberly. He was married in February, 1922, to Mrs Anna Welhouse. The survivors are his widow and five children, Anna, Anthony, Ervin, Earl and Mildred; his father, John Van Himbergen of Kimberly; two brothers, Harry of Kimberly and Alfonse of South Dakota; one sister, Mrs John Tanty of Clintonville.

      Mr Van Himbergen was a member of the American Legion and of the Holy Name Society of Holy Name Church. He had been director of the Little Chute bank for the last two years.

      A military funeral will be held at 9 o’clock Monday morning at Holy Name church at Kimberly. The Rev A Raymaker will conduct the services. Interment will be in Holy Name cemetery.
