- Lori Ann VandenBloomer, age 51, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2014, after a battle with breast cancer. She was born on April 22, 1963, in Appleton, to the late Thomas and Carol Fransway. Lori loved spending time with her family and always made them her priority. She was talented with arts and crafts and also enjoyed decorating her home. Lori was a member of the Wisconsin Hearse Organization for over five years. She was a loyal member of the Pentecostals of the Fox Cities and always looked to the church for love and support.
Lori is survived by her fiancé, Rick Cannon; five children: Amy (Jim) Germain, Tina Bartelt, Tommy Bartelt, TJ VandenBloomer and Carrie VandenBloomer; grandchildren: Chaz Bartelt, Cal and Alessia Bartelt; siblings: John (Lurena) Fransway, Jean (Bruce) Storch, Lisa (Tom) Fransway; nieces: Renee and Cheyanne; former husband: Tom VandenBloomer.
The funeral service for Lori will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME LAEMMRICH CHAPEL. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Online condolences may be offered at www.wichmannfargo.com. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.
The family would like to thank the staff on the oncology floor at St. Elizabeth Hospital and the Pentecostals of the Fox Cities for the support and kindness.
