    • Delores A. Schreiter, 77, Appleton, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at her residence. She was born Sept. 23, 1934, daughter of the late Harold and Anna (Winters) Hauser. Delores married Eugene Schreiter on March 5, 1952.

      Delores was a member of First English Lutheran Church, Appleton. She loved her Bingo outings with her mom and sisters. Delores enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the Sunday afternoon family cookouts.

      Delores is survived by her husband of 59 years, Eugene; three sons, Mike (Rose), Gary (fiancée Linda Mueller), and Dan; two daughters, Linda Johnson, and Debra (Tim) Kelpinski; four grandsons, Joseph (Christina) Schreiter, Mark (Kirsten) Schreiter, Jason Schreiter, and Eric Johnson; three granddaughters, Amanda Bouchette, Marissa Guyette, and Morgan Guyette; four great-grandchildren, Jaimen, Jordon, Eden, and Addison; two brothers, Carl (Linda) Hauser, and Don Hauser; two sisters, Lois (Doug) Schmuhl, and Carol (Jack) Losse. She was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Sonkowsky; and two brothers, David and infant Gerald.

      Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at the VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, with the Rev. Jeff Tengesdal officiating. Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home until the hour of service. Inurnment will be at Highland Memorial Park.

      Delores's family would like to give a special thank you to Home Instead Senior Care, especially Lilly and Phyllis, and Heartland Hospice, for their care and compassion.

      Our entire family is amazed at the dedication and compassion our Dad, Eugene, showed toward his beloved wife and our mother. No other could have done what he did with such devotion. "You have inspired everyone who knows you. Thank you, Dad for who you are, and all you have done."
