Van Pay, Robert L. "Bart" "King Clammer"
Robert L. "Bart" "King Clammer" Van Pay, age 68, Oshkosh, died Saturday morning, Dec. 27, 2008, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born in Green Bay, Wis., on Feb. 9, 1940, the son of the late Harvey and Agatha Van Pay. Bob married Thelma Hill, who preceded him in death. He was employed at Mercury Marine, and The Oshkosh Northwestern as a Custodian. Bob was an avid Packer Fan.
Survivors include his life partner, Joanne Saucedo; and her children, Mary (Dennis) Faust, Michael Scudiero, Susan (Kevin) Purves, Laura (Dean) Scudiero, July (Gary) Drinkwine; two sons, Gary (Jodi) Van Pay, Greg (Lisa) Van Pay; one daughter, Gina Dagneau; two sisters, Betty (Roy) Nooyen, and Bonnie Van Pay. Bob is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by one grandson, Cody Van Pay; and one brother, William Van Pay.
Funeral services for Bob will be held in The Fiss & Bills Funeral Home on Tuesday, Dec. 30, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William Van De Kreeke officiating.
