- MRS. STREAN DIES, HOSPITAL
Funeral Services Arranged For Friday Morning
Suffering only a week following an operation and from complications of diseases, Mrs. Earl Strean, 25, 2515 Eleventh street, died at Two Rivers Municipal hospital at 3:05 o'clock this morning.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock from St. Mark's Catholic church, with the Rev. Father Peter Nilles officiating. Interment will be at Holy Cross cemetery. The remains will be brought to the home of Mrs. Strean's parents on Eighteenth street from the Beduhn and Goetz funeral home Wednesday afternoon.
Mrs. Strean, nee Martha Coenen, was born in Dancy, Wis., Nov. 6, 1908, and is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Coenen of this city, the family moving to this city ten years ago. She was married in this city to Earl Strean on June 6, 1927.
Besides her husband and parents, she leaves three young sons, Robert, 4; Royal, 3, and Reuben, 19 months old, and three brothers, George, Edward and Orval, at her parents' home, and a sister, Rose Coenen, also at home Manitowoc Herald Times, January 31, 1933 P. 9
