- Milton Schuler, 63, of R. 2, Elkhart Lake, died Tuesday in Sheboygan Memorial Hospital. Mr. Schuler, a former farmer and carpenter, who lived north of Sheboygan County Marsh, had been ill for a month. A native of the Town of Rhine, he was born Feb. 11, 1900, the son of the late Henry and Mary Schuler. He attended Dewey District School and Married Selma Henschel, April 30, 1927, in the town of Russell . For 13 years the couple farmed in Rhine, moving to the Russell area north of county March 23 years ago, where Mr. Schuler engaged in carpentry work. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, town of Russell; the Hermitage Sportsmen's Club, and the Redmen Lodge of St. Anna.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Edward Heckmann (Gladys), R. 1, Newton; a son, Marvin, Kiel; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Meta Mertens, Kiel, and Mrs. Joseph Fahres, Sheboygan, and two brothers, Walter, Plymouth and Fred, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held in St. Paul's Church, Russell, with the Rev. Milton Kading, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
