    • My grandpa Bill, was born on July 12, 1934. He got married on December 29, 1956. One important event that happened in his life was his marrage. They got married at St. John's church and had a big party afterwards. He rented an apartment for the two of them. My grandpa was the president of St. John Athletic Association. Bill will be buried in St. John cemetery.

    • Little Chute - Wilfred W. "Bill" Hietpas, age 84, died Friday, November 16, 2018 at ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah. Bill was born in Little Chute on July 12, 1934 to the late Martin and Minnie (Dercks) Hietpas. He married Patricia Sheehy at Holy Cross Parish in Kaukauna on December 29, 1956. Bill loved all sports, especially football. In his younger years, he was a member of Fox Valley Golf Club and enjoyed fishing at the cottage on Lake Poygan. Bill was self-employed as a mechanical contractor in the Fox Valley and owned an appliance store in Florida. Bill and Pat enjoyed traveling and took the family on numerous trips to Disney World.

      Family was always first and foremost for Bill. Whether it was his children or grandchildren, he never missed a game. Christmas was his favorite time of year and he took great joy in having the family together.

      Bill is survived by his wife of 61 years, Pat; children: Tom (Tammie) of Kaukauna; Jim (Jean) of Little Chute; Alan (Tina) of Kaukauna; Willie (Julie) of Little Chute; and Ken (Kathy) of Indianapolis; grandchildren: Travis and Tyler Hietpas; Wes (Hannah), Nick (fiancée Elle), Scott and Kyle Hietpas; Mike (Robyn) Hietpas and Dana (Phil) Schreiber; Stephanie (Ryan) Brincks, Jesse (Laura), Mitch (Andrea), Jake (Taylor) and Will Hietpas; and Samantha and Joe Hietpas; great grandchildren: Brayden, Ellie, Zoe, Mason, Evan and Jack; and brother and sisters-in-law: Don (Joan) and Betty Sheehy. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his son, Michael; brothers: Austin (Mrytl), Jim (Marie), Paul (Delores), Gordy (Dorothy) and Dick (Rosalie) Hietpas; sisters: Grace (Bill) Van Dyn Hoven, Verona (Bob) Pahl and Marie (Carl) Verstegen; and sister and brothers-in-law: Shirley (Butch) Hutchinson and Cliff Sheehy.

      Visitation will be held Monday, November 19, 2018 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 5:00 p.m. The Rev.
