Notes - John 'Champ' Benotch, 50, Appleton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 24, 2017, of natural causes. He was born October 9, 1966 to the late David & Kay (Malsavage) Benotch in Appleton and raised in Kaukauna. On July 30, 1994, he married Diane Chauvin in Milwaukee. John was passionate about baseball, playing up until college and was also an avid fan.
He is survived by his wife Diane, Appleton; sister: Desseria (Jordan) Kopac, Burlington, WI as well as many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A private memorial service for John will be held at a later date.
