Anna graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1954. She went on to teach elementary school at Holy Cross and St. John's Catholic Schools and enjoyed her many students. She married her husband of 57 years, Robert, on August 22, 1956 at St. Mary's Catholic Church and raised 5 children. She later became a cook at several area restaurants including Tuckers Inn in Little Chute and Mohnen's Family Restaurant in Darboy. Anna was famous for her pies. She was active in her church and a valued member of the Senior Service Club. She loved to read and watch Animal Planet.

Anna leaves behind her husband, Robert; her children, Karen (Jon) Dahl, Duluth, MN; Duane (Jane) Wenzel, Rochester, MN; Marilyn (David) Lange, Appleton, WI; Joan Wenzel (Tim Bork); Neenah, WI; and David (Tammy) Wenzel, Appleton, WI. She was grandmother to Joshua and Rachel Wenzel, Scott and Erin Lange, Brittany Vaubel, Zachary and Brooke Wenzel, and step-grandmother to Pete and Angel Dahl, and Michael, Kyle and Myles Bork. Anna is also survived by her sister, Eileen Brychell of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her baby son, Dale Robert; her parents, three brothers and a sister. She will also be missed by her beloved dog, Walter.

A Funeral Mass for Anna will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute).
