    • Paul H. Benz, 71, a Two Rivers resident, died on Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at his residence.

      Paul was born on Sept. 6, 1939, in Appleton, son of the late Herbert and Erna Benz. He graduated from Appleton High School with the Class of 1958. Paul married Sharon Benz on Oct. 15, 1960, at St. John's Parish in Little Chute. She preceded him in death on Oct. 7, 2006. Paul worked for Bank First National until his retirement in 2009. He was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman, Two Rivers.

      Survivors include one daughter, Paula Benz, Manitowoc; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael and Claire Benz, Destin, Fla.; Mark Benz, Puyallup, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Quinlan Benz, Parker Benz, Brooke Benz, Jacob Benz, Madison Benz, Conrad Benz, and Palmer Benz; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Fred and Pat Benz, Madison; John and Judy Benz, Wautoma. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon, and his parents.

      Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Tom Reynebean with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton, Wis.

      The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Peter the Fisherman, Two Rivers.

      The Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
