    • Mrs. George Kopf, 33, of this city, died suddenly of heart failure at 7:15 last Friday evening.
      She had been in apparent good health and had been about her work. After the evening meal she had sat down to rock her seven-month old son; after a time she asked her husband to come to her quickly and succumbed shortly to a heart attack.

      Mrs. Kopf was the former Mary Schmid, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Schmid of the town of Chilton. She was born in Milwaukee, December 1, 1902. She was married at St. Mary’s church in this city, June 29, 1931 to George Kopf.

      She is survived by her husband, two children, Joan Elizabeth aged 3 years and George Michael, 7 months old; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Schmid, of the town of Chilton; two brothers, Michael Schmidt of this city and Frederick Schmid of the town of Chilton, and one sister, Mrs. Harry Becker of the town of Stockbridge.

      The funeral was held Monday morning from the Erbe-Hoffmann funeral Home to St. Mary’s church were the requiem high mass was said by Rev. H. E. Hunck. Burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery.
      Mrs. Kopf was a member of the Catholic Knights of Wisconsin.
