Notes - ANNA JANSSEN OUDENHOVEN
Her father was born in Holland, ana her mother in Germany. She was born on
June 4, 1873 in Kaukauna, or more closely in Vandenbrooke Township. Anna
was one of 12 children, she died on March 31, 1933.She was about 5-ft. 5 or
6-in. tall and weighed about 160. Because she was a very warm friendly person.
her home was a refuge for the West children whenever there was to be another
baby in the West family. She would always pick up the little ones and hug
them. On the farm durning threshing time she would show off her skills in
the kitchen, she did an excellant job of feeding the large threshing crew
a great meal
