    • Francis N. Kees, 59, of 1548 N. 19th St., died today at St. Nicholas Hospital.
      He was born at St. John in Calumet County on Feb. 27, 1913, the son of the late Mathew and Mary Kees. He attended school at St. John and a school for mechanics at Peoria, IL.
      On June 4, 1940, he married Bernita Schilling at Sherwood. The couple moved here in 1941.
      Mr. Kees was employed in the electrical department at Kohler Co. for 32 years.
      He was a member of the Kohler Quarter-Century Club, Liederkranz Singing Society, St. Dominic Catholic Church, Catholic Knights and Holy Name Society of St. Dominic Parish.
      Surviving are his wife; three sons; a daughter; six grandchildren; two brothers, and two sisters.
      Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Dominic Church, with Rev. Roger Zens, celebrant. Mass will follow brief family rites at Nickel's Funeral Home at 9:30. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Sunday.
      A joint Holy Name Society, Catholic Knights and parish vigil will be held at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Sunday.
