Aerts, Raymond P.
Raymond P. Aerts, 91, Denmark, died Friday, June 12, 2009, at Harmony House, Denmark.
He was born Oct. 5, 1917, in the town of Wrightstown to the late Christopher and Louise (Vande Voort) Aerts. Raymond married Lucille Lisch on March 16, 1935, in Menominee, Mich. Ray was a retired dairy farmer.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Merle and Sharon Aerts, Greenleaf; Carlin and Rita Aerts, Denmark; Larry and Sandi Aerts, Denmark; grandchildren, Mark (Florence) Aerts, Mona (Will) Hull, Tracy (Daniel) Leick, Christopher (special friend, Sheila) Aerts, Michelle (Michael) Sproul, great grandchildren: Alexander Aerts, Tyler Aerts, Justin Hull, Lauren and Megan Leick, Autumn and Landon Sproul; two sisters-in-law, Nettie Aerts and Elaine Holmes; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille, in 2004, brothers and sisters-in-law, Lawrence and Hazel, Steve and Marge, Victor and Meta, Harold and Margaret, Elzear, and Alfred and Dorothy; two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, Earl and Dorothy Vande Hei and Russell Holmes.
