      Age 63, died early Wednesday morning, July 24, 1991 at an area hospital. He was born on April 23, 1928, son of the late Harold and Marie (Parks) Klarner. On June 26, 1982 he was united in marriage to Betty Niemuth Kitzinger in Black Creek. Roy was employed with Wisconsin Electric for 28 years until his retirement. He was a World War II veteran and a member of St. Mary CAtholic Church in Black Creek. Roy was active as a volunteer fireman for Black Creek for many years. He is survived by his wife, Betty; five step-children: Jill and Daniel Dobbe, Shawano; Bryce Kitzinger, at home; Lisa and Kurt Wilmot, Appleton; Perry Kitzinger, Appleton; Robert Kitzinger, Black Creek; four step-grandchildren: Trent and Nichole Wilmot, Ian and Ali Dobbe; three brothers: Robert, Phoenix, Arizone; Lawrence and Kathy, Wauwatosa; Jerry, Phoenix, Arizone; a sister, Lucille and Leo Dunsirn, Appleton; a sister-in-law, Donna Klarner, Appleton; 19 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Cyril, Joseph and George. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic church in Black Creek with the Rev. Robert Sladek officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Muehl Boettcher Funeral Home in Seymour from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday with a prayer service at 8 p.m. and Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Black Creek from 10 a.m. unitl the time of services.
