    • Allouez - Gerald G. "Jerry" Hermsen, 86, Allouez, passed away Monday December 10, 2018 at a local hospital. He was born June 12, 1932 to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Heuvelmans) Hermsen. Jerry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, having been stationed in Iceland. On August 31, 1957 he married Evelyn "Peetie" Klipstine. Jerry worked for many years at Progressive Farmers CO-OP.

      Jerry is survived by his wife Evelyn "Peetie", his sons; Tom (Ann) Hermsen, Bill (Wanda) Hermsen, as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brother in law; James (Gert) Klipstine and many friends.

      He was preceded in death by his daughter Debbie, his parents, and twelve siblings.

      Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere after 1:00PM Thursday December 13, 2018 until time of service with Deacon Mike VanderBloomen officiating.
