    • Dwayne J. Van Den Elsen, age 55, of Kaukauna, passed away surrounded by his loving family on November 6, 2016. He was born on February 15, 1961, son of the late Raymond and Marleen (Dyer) Van Den Elsen. Dwayne proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked at Nestle in Little Chute until his retirement.

      Dwayne is survived by his son, Terry Van Den Elsen; a daughter, Sara (fiancé, Will Drawenek) Van Den Elsen; grandchildren: Christina, Brooke and Dwayne Van Den Elsen; seven brothers; two sisters; many other family members and friends.

      A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, 101 Canal Street, Little Chute. Burial and full military honors will follow the visitation at Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in King, WI.

      The Van Den Elsen family would like to extend a special thank you to all of Dwayne’s caregivers for their wonderful care and compassion. Also to all of Dwayne’s family and friends for their love and support over these last few years.
